The camera is moved so quickly around a specific area that it feels rushed and dizzy to look at. For some reason the cameraman is always focusing on the presenter while the property is the actual focus of the video. More time should be spent showing the property and its rooms instead of quickly turning the camera around a room and instead of showing the presenter in 80% of the video. Thanks if you implement this feedback and take it positively.

It is situated in Haunted part of the city. Some of the building constructed are facing legal issue from BMC. Including 5 star hotel. Coz 29 crore bunglow in the Mumbai is just not possible & with the garden, space it should be around 200 cr+.

However I find the asking price very high & out of line w.r.t. competition or what my money can buy otherwise in town. Just my thoughts...
